All third parties are GDPR-compliant and bound by data processing agreements.

Ballers AI Coach is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to create an account or use the app.

For users between 13 and 16 years of age, we require parental or legal guardian consent before the account is activated.

During signup, the child is asked to provide a parent or guardian's email address. We then send a parental consent request that explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how the parent can approve or decline the registration.

The child's account remains inactive until the parent or guardian has explicitly approved the request by following the link in the email.

If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without the required parental consent, we will delete that data and deactivate the account as soon as reasonably possible.
